Terms

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the organizer of the 3D-ARMY conference, subtitled "3D Printing in the European Defence Industry," and conference attendees.

Technical support for the conference and ticket sales are provided by Nová média, s. r. o., with its registered office at Výstaviště 405/1, 603 00 Brno.

The author of the conference program and its expert guarantor is Dipl.-Ing. Jan Homola.

Admission to the conference is subject to a fee. Tickets can be purchased at a discount depending on the number of tickets purchased at the same time and the date of their order.

Anyone* who registers on the website www.3d-army.com and pays the registration fee by May 25, 2025, at the latest, can become a conference visitor. The date of payment is the date on which the amount appears in the organizer's bank account.

The organizer reserves the right to stop the registration process and not accept further registrations if the hall capacity is reached.

After completing the registration form, the registrant will receive instructions for payment of the admission fee at the email address provided, together with an attached PDF document in case the accounting department requires an invoice or advance invoice to make the payment. The tax document (invoice) will then be sent automatically after the amount has been credited to the organizer's bank account.

Non-attendance at the conference does not entitle you to a refund of the admission fee.

Conference participants agree to comply with all hygiene and safety regulations established at the venue by the event organizer based on current requirements. The participant also understands that they are attending the conference at their own risk and will not claim any compensation from the organizer in the event that they suffer injury at the venue, are required to enter quarantine, or for any other reason.

Conference participants are required to comply with the visitor rules of the Brno Exhibition Center.

Please note that photographs and video recordings may be taken at the conference venue for the purpose of documenting the lectures and related program. By entering the conference, you express your agreement with this fact.
